Josien Kapma and her family returned to the Netherlands after many years abroad. Josien got back into sailing and bought a Drascombe Lugger for cruising. Then she put her Lugger for sale and bought a Liteboat XP.

Having arrived at the eleventh hour for the Raid Extreme 2021, Frits is returning with Mirror Bubbels and will be joined by another Mirror owned by Koos Buist.

13 February 2022: Jewelbox Jr - Unnamed

After Julian participated in the 2016 Raid Extreme with a very narrow duck punt, he decided to build a more comfortable boat for the 2022 edition.
It will be finished in the same white and racing green livery as the famous Lotus Cortinas of the late sixties.

29 May 2021: Pouch RZ85 - Captain Bluebear

Ingo Müller is a veteran from all previous Raid Extreme editions.

Years ago, Ingo started a business with Eckhard Euen for recycling old DDR folding canoes into fast and versatile dinghy cruisers.
Their trimaran treatment (three sails, three hulls) gave the tired old canoes a new lease of life.
Ingo and Eckhard had great fun at the first Raid Extreme and continued to come back for more.

25 April 2021: Morbic 12 - Proteus

Veterans Paul Waterman and Robin Popham built a Morbic 12 for the 2020 Dorestad but were held up by travel restrictions. They plan to participate in the Raid Extreme as a warming up event for the 2021 Dorestad Raid.

With both a sloop and lug rig they can adapt to the conditions just like the shape-shifting Greek god of rivers and oceans, Proteus.

18 April 2021: Wet Bicycle

The innovative WetBicycle has a cruise speed of 8km/h and can reach a top speed of 15 km/h. Wim joined the Raid Extreme circus in 2018 and is always to first to register for the event (they should get a prize for that).

11 April 2021: RoG 15 - Bluto

A design called after a movie and a boat called after a politically incorrect cartoon character. However the intrinsic qualities of Bluto made Voile Magazine decide to name the RoG 15 the 'Transportable de l'Annee 2020'.
